Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to many customers around Australia and we ensure that we provide the highest level of information to you at all times.
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All order are processed and dispatched via our warehouses within 24 hours after the order is placed. Depending on the popularity of the item, orders can take an additional 2-4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse(s) to the destination. Transit time (excluding handling) takes approximately 14-21 days.
Cost of Shipping
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we will choose the best and most economical shipping option for each individual item so we can pass any savings on to you. The shipping cost will be displayed and added to the checkout where applicable.
For high value products, we may offer signed delivery and/or insurance delivery options.
Tracking information is usually provided with your order, but we cannot guarantee this for every order. If the tracking information is provided we will email you this information along with your order. Please note that in some instances if your item is shipped from China, tracking information does not become officially logged until the item has the left the country of origin. This can take up to approximately 10 days to be officially logged in to the tracking system.
If for any reason the provided tracking link does not work, you can copy the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation e-mail and copy it on the carriers website to check your order.
Shipping options
We use a variety of shipping companies, but our most used courier for orders is ePacket. Other shipping company options include but are not limited to DHL, EMS, TOLL and China Post.
Please note that if ordering multiple items under one order, we may source these from separate suppliers. This will mean that your items may arrive separately and at varying times depending on each item’s shipping and delivery options presented.
Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Restrictions
We only ship to the registered address of the card holder for security. We do not usually ship to PO Box addresses.
We currently do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses. If you would like to ship the same order to multiple addresses, we advise you to place separate orders for each address.
Should your order be held up or delayed by customs, public holidays or other reasons we will do our best to monitor your order and help expedite it where possible.
Returns & Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless deemed faulty by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
